 While most of our candle fragrances are phthalate free and paraben free, high-end luxury fragrances of superior quality, they are not all 100% natural. The majority of our candle fragrances contain a combination of essential oils and fragrance oils that are formulated for optimum performance in a candle. Synthetic fragrances are much stronger, longer lasting, and more complex than all-natural fragrances, as well as being just as safe to use. Synthetic fragrances are also easier to manufacture as their components are much more consistent when produced, whereas natural ingredients can produce unpredictable results, just as anything in nature would.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items that may have been damaged in transit. In the rare event that this occurs, please send your information including your order number and name of product along with a picture of the damage in question. After review, a member of our Customer Care team will be in contact with you regarding possible options. Returns, refunds, or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
